My first weigh-in after the surgery was Wednesday, 16 Jan 2008.
I had a 2 lb loss from before the surgery.
My current favorite weight loss tip:
Steam vegetables in broth. They taste buttery without adding butter. Try it, it works!

This week’s goal: exercise daily (I was finally given the all-clear from my doctor to use the treadmill)
